By any standard, 2016 was a year of upheaval and radical change in political institutions, and corporations. The president of Brazil was impeached, South Korea’s leader is tottering on the brink. Gross ineptitude and possible malfeasance by the CEOs of corporations large and small (Wells Fargo, Volkswagen, Theranos, etc) was exposed in the public spotlight. What’s driving this?
