LRN Case Study: Kelloggs

Kellogg turned to LRN when they determined that they wanted to do more to assure their ethics and compliance training did not become a “check-the-box” exercise focused on merely meeting legal requirements without actual learning and corresponding behaviors.

Developing new curricula was one of Kellogg’s early priorities. While the company has long delivered ethics and compliance education, they wanted to make sure it was truly engaging employees to think through the potential implications of their behavior. Like many other organizations, Kellogg was also concerned about “learning fatigue” and “staleness.”
