Last month, we launched two new episodes of Principled. Episode 4 features Jo Anne Hennigan, global Ethics Director of Michelin, who discusses the cultural nuances of operating a global ethics & compliance program that ensures structure and cohesion to propel her organization forward. In Episode 5, our guest Michael McIntyre explains how to embed ethics & compliance into business.
On July 19, 2019, LRN will officially retire all of our older library courses (the majority Flash-based). At that time, only partners with active campaigns which include those courses may continue to use them.
BLOG: Driving Diversity and Inclusion Throughout the Leadership Team
At the recent RMG iLeadership Summit leaders including chief executive of Virtcom and LRN's Marsha Ershaghi Hames came together to work on issues such as talent, culture and diversity. Global chief diversity and inclusion officers at organizations such as Citi Commercial Bank, Hilton, AARP, AIG, Cognizant, BNY Mellon and FINRA participated in last month’s event and formulated frameworks to grow and nurture inclusive leadership in organizations. LRN’s Susan Divers spoke last month at a UNGC Goal 16 meeting in Chicago for general counsels. The focus of the meeting was to engage lawyers in the Global Compact, both in-house and at law firms, and taking a broad view of lawyers’ role in serving as an organization’s corporate conscience and guiding ethics and compliance.
